My girlfriend and I came through the drive through on 10/23/22 around noon. I ordered a #3 with a soft taco and extra sour... cream. I also wanted the taco marked because my girlfriend ordered a #2. They didn't mark the taco nor put any sour cream onit. My girlfriend had go inside to get it corrected. It took them 2 more tries and they still didn't get it straight! Read more

Waited far too long for a mobile order. The last time I was there I waited in the drive thru for 30 min! After arriving home... checked my food and only had about 5 chips in the bag of nachos. When this store was doing the surveys they had excellentservice. Well now they aren't and it is horrible!! Read more

Arriving at Taco Bell expecting to eat inside at 8:58 just to find the doors are locked. Closing a couple minutes early, maybe,... but over an hour is just ridiculous. Post correct hours or don't post them at all. Read more

This Taco Bell in our town is great. The customer service is always awesome and friendly. I always do their receipt surveys... simply because they train their young employees to actually show a little customer service and chat with the customers. I feelthat most fast food places teach their employees the opposite and makes for a really boring experience. This place gets itright! Read more

We were in on 7/18. Food was good. Chris was very personable and friendly. The female that told him to go take a drive thru... order in the middle of our conversation,not so much. She did not acknowledge we were even in the restaurant. Thanks for beingFriendly Chris. Read more

I ordered in advance through mobile. This saves no time because they prepare your mobile order on arrival. So the mobile order... is just prepayment and no convenience or time savings for me. I watched the drive thru clear out and other customers get servedahead of me even though they arrived after me, while I wait for an order that other restaurants would have had prepared on ornear arrival. What on earth are they doing to my food that a customer ahead of me is almost done eating and I am still waiting?The cashier clearly knew some of the customers that came in after me and she made sure her friends got served very promptly.After going back to the counter I was ignored by the same cashier and nobody would answer the phone. The service I received wasawful. It was so frustrating after about 30 minutes we canceled our order and left. After numerous calls I later spoke with anemployee who claimed to be a manager. He was rude, combative, was trying to talk over me at one point and made a lot of excusesfor the lack of service. I had no idea doing a mobile order through this tacobell would be so frustrating. Poor customer serviceand even worse management. Read more
