Stale atmosphere, even staler food. Most fast food is better than this. ???? Do not recommend.
The waitress was very nice, the place was clean, the dinner was hot and delicious. Great customer service, thank you.
Parking lot lights were off. Then we waited at our booth about 10 minutes no one asked us what we wanted to drink. 5 servers... were holding up the kitchen wall wouldn't even look our way. Then a group was seated next to us and was asked immediately whatthey wanted to drink and if they were ready to order. At that point we said we are. Then a server said I will find your server.Yet no one came over by us they just leaned on the wall next to us. I then stood up and said no one wants our tip we're leaving.We told them good thing the parking lot lights aren't on. You can't handle the 5 tables you have. Usually eat at the Wausau Applebees. Gave this Marshfield restaurant a second try. So disappointing. Service is very slow. ... Dirty utensils. Never again. And it gets worse. After the food finally arrived my wife found hair in her burger. Read more
The food was good, but the service was poor. After talking with the manager we found out the gal serving us was fairly new and... has been having a hard time adjusting to waiting. We were not rude about it, but we did say she needed some help. It'sunderstandable that the service industry is hard and not for everyone. Read more
July 5, 2022: We enjoyed our dinner experience at Applebee?s. Although the menu does not list drink prices it didn?t matter... because we all ordered the $2.00 domestic draft beers special which was advertised in the window. These beers included SpottedCow and Blue Moon so it was a good value. Two of us ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl and the third person in our party orderedthe Salmon dinner. Out of this world service and food. My meal was lunch there, supper at home and a night snack. My drink was not finished and... they put it in take out container where I could use it for noon meds. Read more
Stopped in about a month ago for dinner around 6pm. Immediately when opening the front doors we were greeted by an extremely... musty odor, once seated noticed the floors were very dirty, out table was sticky and the overall atmosphere seemed to just bethat the staff didn't care. Took 10 minutes to order drinks, waited another 5 mins after deciding to leave and not eat there.The smell was awful and overall service not great! Highly recommend finding a different restaurant to eat at in the area. Read more
