This was the worst experience ever! The man in drive thru was absolutely rude! Snapped on my cousin for responding to my cousin.... Then pulling us to the front of the building for almost an hour before we got our food! And we were missing food from ourorder. Never again!!! Read more
I'm quite fond of burger king's food but the food I got was one step from the trash. The fries were cold, the ice cream had the... consistency of a smoothie, we were MISSING two burgers, and the onion rings weren't even done deep frying (and were oversalted)plus the burgers were cold and were starting to sag like they'd been sitting for awhile. Absolutely atrocious, the GM is the nastiest lady I have ever come into contact with, the food was gross and disgusting, even... the way the lady (I believe her name tag said Amanda) treated the employees was absolutely nasty and no one should ever have toput up with someone like her. Burgers are not as big as before. The taste is OK but not like they used to be. No one else in the dining area but several... people went through drive thru and parked the car where an employee brought out the order. Read more
Should not be called fast food I've gotten faster service at a sit down restaurant. Drive up to the speaker after what felt... like forever to be greeted with "I'll be with you in a moment" 5+ minutes later they start to take your order. Read more
Holding your dirty phone while handing out my food is not appetizing or professional. Then I get my pop with no ice because the... machine is broken. Then you need to say that because its warm and gross. It doesn't even taste like normal Coke. Read more
The last 3 times I came here were terrible experiences. 2 times they completely messed up my order or forgot to put something... in my bag. They last time I sat at the drive thru for literally 25 minutes, and there was only 1 person in front of me. Doyourself a favor and just go across the street to McDonald's. There can be 30 people in line ahead of you at McDonald's and youwould still get your food before the 1 guy in line at Burger King. Read more
