So I've been here a couple times and it's been pretty decent for fast food. I ordered Taco John's across the street last time... and my friend wanted DQ. They don't allow you to eat any other food there which u get I guess, but 4 stars for making me sitout in the cold to eat my food. Sorry not sorry I am a huge baby and it was cooooold. The best DQ I've ever been too. Employees nice, food good and restaurant clean. The inside was neat snd had a lot of stuff,... but it was beautiful outside, so we ate outside and had a great experience. We were visiting from out of town and this store isten times better than DQ in my hometown of Metropolis, IL. Read more
Had to repeat order 3 times and fix multiple mistakes only to still get the wrong food. Embarrassing service
My 2 Blizzards were not served upside down like at every other DQ ever! "Upside down or it's free," is a big LIE at this place!... Not only were they not served upside down, I was not offered a gift card or 2 free Blizzards when I ponited it out. I was toldby a worker that this DQ does not follow that rule! DQ store owner, where is my gift card at? This exact store used to serve theblizzards upside down, what happened to the quality of the workers?? Read more
We stopped for lunch today . While we were there , an elderly gentleman came in and wanted a cake and some other things. We did... not get the young girls (brunette) name, but WOW !!! She was definitely brought up very well. EXTREMELY friendly to him andhelpful. We need to praise more people that stand out! GREAT JOB Read more
Normally the food I receive here is very good and an enjoyable experience. This time not so much. The burgers were dry and old... tasting my fiancé?s was completely wrong and we didn?t notice till we got home and looked at the receipt that the young curlyhaired kid at the window didn?t run one of the two $10 gift cards we gave him only ran the one and put the rest in my debitcard. I assume he kept the other gift card since we didn?t get them back obviously since I assumed he ran them both an justdiscarded them after. Read more
I went through drive through and I ordered a strawberry shake with no whip cream . The guy added the whip cream and when he... realized it was wrong he literally scooped it off the drink ( with some left over cream still There) didn?t even ask for anapology or didn?t even say that he is gonna make a new one. We pay almost $5 for the shake and if this is how u serve yourcustomers you would be closing you other location too soon . Have some decency and courage to accept the mistakes bcoz that isokay to make mistakes and correct them and make sure customer is happy . This is terrible . I regularly visit the DQ to getshakes bcoz I have utmost respect for its owner Mr. Buffet.But I am never coming back again . Read more
Very rude service here, some of them are really decent but most are outright rude. This is also at least the 2nd time they false... advertise sales. This last time we went in on mon nov 7th to order a cake with free dilly bars, they told us the sale didntstart yet. We showed them where it clearly states it starts nov 1st and they still refused. You dont have to have sales, butdont advertise things youre not going to follow through on. Read more
