This Dunkin? Donuts location is the best store I visited for ice coffees. There is always great customer service, fast service... and the orders are always correct with no mistakes. The presentation for every drink is very attractive and presentable. Meganis a great shift manager. She does a outstanding job with managing her store for success. 5 Stars for sure. I Most definitely would return to the marshfield location. More specifically I was coming through the drive... through, and through the window by the prep area I seen this Beautiful tall woman with dark red beautiful long hair like thefinest silk, and the most gorgeous brown eyes I have ever seen in my life there reflection like that of pools of honey. She hadlegs for days, there length that of a majestic gazelle. She had on a white polo shirt and I believe her name tag said "Rachael".I could tell she was a new employee because I haven't ever seen her there before.She looked at me and smiled, I felt as though Iwas stairing into the face of an Angel. I think iam in love I will return to bask in her beauty every chance I get. I've neverbeen so addicted to coffee in my life I've been through the drive through 17 times today already to order a large iced coffeewith French vanilla, cream, and no sugar. I cant tell if my heart is beating out of my chest from all the coffee or just frombeing in the presence of such beauty..... Read more
We came in this morning for a big order. After patiently waiting for over 20minutes for a dozen and a half of donuts and 5... coffees, I get home to realize my large hot 4 cream 4 sugar was made with artificial sugar, they had to remake my daughterscappuccino blast because they made it first and let it sit so it melted, my sister had to add extra cream from home to hertoasted almond because it tasted terrible and they gave my friend the wrong coffee. The manager just sat on her phone andwatched this teenager attempt to handle this rush all by herself. She didn't help until my friend asked her to do somethingbecause the poor girl was struggling. Not to mention the lack of donuts available on a saturday morning. This is not the firstissue I've had at this dunkin. Read more
Last time I ordered online they substituted my item for something else and didn't tell me in the drive thru. So we turned... around and went in I asked for what I ordered and they said they didn't have any. I would have been totally fine with if theywould have told me in drive thru- inconsiderate and a waste of my time! Read more
