Don't go during rush hour or with an online order or expecting to get toppings on your entire sub or with any special order like... deluxe or light mayonnaise because they won't do it. They will give you 2" of empty bun per sub, less veggies then is Subwaypolicy and extra sauce on everything. They make multiple subs with one knife and touch the subs with the squirt bottles. Well, I will never go to subway again, definitely not the one in the store gas station building. All the lights are on, drive... though light is on, the touch screen is on. Place my order and go to windo to pay and nope, we are not taking anymore ordersit's to vote to closing time. We'll they don't have to worry about that again I will give someone else my business. My friend and I went here the other day and the staff was wonderful. Very precise and professional, it was obvious by their... attitudes that they take pride in what they do. Only thing I got to say other than that is make sure that gloves are being wornand switched PLEASE. Read more
My fiance and I went through the drive through and ordered our food. We thought the total was pretty high but we did order extra... meat. It was raining so we paid for our order n left. After we got home we took a look at the receipt and it said we ateinside, and it also said we gave a $5 tip! NO WE DIDNT! We went through the drive through and DID NOT SAY WE WERE GIVING A $5TIP! Employee had an issue cutting me a new piece of bread since she cracked it down the bottom. She?d said to me... ?Well your... going to eat it anyways? rolled her eyes. No ma?am. I want my sandwich together and not loosing all of its ingredients. If shecan?t cut me a new piece of bread and be respectful, than she shouldn?t be employed. I am extremely disappointed in the day staff, they didn't cut my sandwich, they barely put anything on it that I requested in... the drive through, there was no sauces on my sandwich and it is the thinnest sandwich I ever got from them super stingy. Don'tgo during the day, go between 4-7 p.m when you know the brain-dead staff are home. I just wanted freaking lunch, I've never hadto go to ANOTHER restaurant to buy more food because I was so dissatisfied with Subway. Read more
I love this Subway location! They are very accommodating when it comes to catering orders and they deliver. The service inside... the store is usually fairly fast and the staff always friendly. The only complaint I have is I wish they were open earlier forthe breakfast crowd. I'd stop here everyday on my way to work, but I have to be to work by 6:30am so its just not possible. Read more
Always changing a good thing....why on earth did you change your pickles? The new ones are horrible. Also not near enough mayo... on the sandwich....very dry. Usually a great experience, but very disappointing tonight especially for how much the subs are. Read more
