We drove 20 mins out of our wayon the way home tonight, because it shows online they are open until 2 a.m? so we get to said... Wendy?s drive-thru at 1:10 a.m? not a car to be found in the parking lot! Either someone needs to update the website, otherwiseget employees that are willing to stay till closing time! Read more

Awful ???? just terrified all the way around! Order wasn't correct food was cold and it took over a half hour to even get to... place the order because of the dining room NEVER being open!!! Read more

Had to go through drive thru at 6:45 pm because dining room was closed when signs all over the place state dining room open... until 10. Placed my order after waiting for 15 minutes picked up the order and it was wrong. Tried to call and complain aboutorder for another 20 minutes and no answer. Bad business. Bad customer experience. I want a complete refund and a replacementof what I ordered for having to deal with inferior customer service. I will wait for the owner or a manager to contact me beforeI return here. Too many other dining options here in Marshville to put up with this. Funny a week after posting this the ownerhas yet to reach out to me to make some sort of resolution. Employees are always nice but you never know when the dining room will be open or not. I think they're hurting for staff which... I totally understand but it's always a gamble whether you have to drive through or not. Health score is also currently a 90.5 Ibelieve which is a bit concerning. Read more

Went through the drive through. Ordered almost $40 worth of food. Was asked if we had gone through the line earlier because... there was a similar order that "pulled off" I guess without getting their order. It wasn't me or my child. Regardless of thatthis wendys very obviously gave us old cold food. We had pieces of an order that wasn't ours. My chicken sandwich was hard as arock. All of the fries were cold. They fed a 7 month pregnant woman and a child cold food that had sat out for who knows howlong. I understand food costs can be high but this is disgusting behavior. When I called to speak to a manager I was hung up on.I hadn't even been rude yet. I want my money back. Read more

On the way home from Charlotte, bc stopped by drive thru with my children and husband for a few burgers around 5 pm. Girl on the... speaker was rude and acted as if her life was miserable and she was not interested in answering any questions or taking myorder. Once we get to the window, we wait almost ten minutes right outside of window to pay or receive drinks. Girl comes to thewindow to collect money and hands out our drinks, I notice we hadn't received one of our drinks so I ask for a receipt (to makesure my order was understood correctly at the speaker) she proceeds to tell me her receipt paper is out .... As if that issomething that can't be fixed. So I explain to her that I'm missing a drink. She turns around as I'm talking and rolls her eyesand walks off as I'm speaking. They hand out my bags of food and shut the window. Same girl that was on the speaker brings meanother drink and rolls her eyes and walks off as if I was doing her a disservice. Won't be coming back. Absolutely worstcustomer service these days. Read more
