My husband filled up our car and saw our receipt was for $10 more than it should have been. He went in and asked the manager... about it. Apparently the gas pump hose hit the most expensive gas option rather than the cheapest, which is what my husbandoriginally selected. The manager told him there was nothing he could do and that it is a common problem. Don't go here unlessyou want to be ripped off. Read more

Waited in one of two open lines because the pump said you had to pay inside. Cashier finishes with the guy in front of me and... just walks off. Other cashier takes two other people who weren't in line before the first cashier tells me the lane is closedand to move into the other line. Clean restrooms. They even have complied with the ADA on having a changing station in the men's restroom. What puts this Pilot... station on top is there use of ekcos in the urinals. These were fresh and kept the whole bathroom smelling decent despite theheavy traffic. Read more
