Several times I have attempted to order food between 6am and 8am and the restaurant isn't open, despite what Google shows, the... door posted hours and the hours posted on the Burger King app. Seems like they don't actually open til 8am or later. Can't beTHAT hard to get hours corrected, especially on their own app. Read more

Drive through was busy. I went inside, 1 person in front of me paying. He was complaining about the Time it took. I waited 12... min before being served. The manager looked out and instructed his employees to ignore the counter and work on drive through.Was 18 min before I was helped. It's not ok to just ignore the counter. This burger king also gets my orders wrong all the time.I only can in as I was in a hurry. I normally don't go to this location anymore because of frequent mistakes. Read more

Went in to my local BK shortly before 4 PM to take advantage of the advertised 2 for $5 promo. The restaurant was shorthanded,... only 2 employees working. I could hear them talking about someone who called and said they were actually going to be on time(another employee did show up at 4). The front end employee was very busy, and could not take my order for 2-3 minutes. Not ahuge problem, but symptomatic of being understaffed. My total sounded wrong. The front end employee advised me that the promowas 2 for $6. I advised her to have management double check their advertising, since i had seen TV ads saying 2 for $5. When iwent to get my drink, there were no diet sodas available on the soda machine at all, so i got tea (i am type 2 diabetic andshould not drink regular soda; luckily i like tea). I advised the employee of this; she said that the diet selections were onthe machine behind the counter, and she would be happy to get me whatever i wanted. This doesn't make much sense, and places afurther burden on already stressed employees. (I got a Coke Zero when i finished my tea). All the selections should be availableon the soda machine out front. This appears to be a conscious decision on someone's part. The food was fine and the order cameup in a reasonable amount of time. The Big Fish is smaller than it used to be- it is about the same as a McD's Filet of Fish(thankfully, no cheese). Someone who ordered before i came in complained about the length of time to get his order- it wassitting under the heat lamp. Somehow it got missed. He requested it be made anew, which was a waste of money. Someone else hadto come back in to get the frozen lemonades which were forgotten on their order. It seemed that things were chaotic due tounderstaffing- certainly not the employees' fault. This was the Jackson/Martell, CA location. I will not be hurrying back. Read more

I stopped by at lunchtime today. The wait was longer than usual, but that wasn?t the problem. Along with my order, I asked for... a large vanilla cone. When the drink was handed to me, I figured out she heard Coke, not cone. However, when I tried toexplain to her, her attitude was really bad. No smile, or acknowledgement. Read more
