First thing about McDonald?s in ?ville is that they?re understaffed. It takes forever for your food to be ready. However, the... food has always been good, until today. I went today and was told to wait because they were making a fresh batch of fries. WhenI got home to eat them they tasted stale. Not only were the fries stale but the burger was too! The bun was almost rock solidthat?s how stale it was! I am THOROUGHLY disappointed and unimpressed. Never will I go to McDonald?s again. Read more
Tonight at 6:30pm I ordered two cheeseburgers and a mcchicken i waited at the third window for 30 minutes while 8 others went... ahead. When I finally got the food and asked to see the manager who was young Caucasian female with glasses and long hair. Shestated,? we?ll the food takes that long to cook and slammed the window, walking away.? I am disgusted by this service andmanagement. I go here daily for coffee and cannot believe this!! Read more
Don?t think it?s a good idea for an employee ( manager maybe just by shirt she was wearing) to be in the back with her coat and... purse swinging her long hair around and then stealing a donut ( being called out on it to) rolling her eyes and then leaving.Aren?t the fastest place either. Read more
This is by far the best McDonalds in the Saskatoon area. We often stop on our way up to the lake and the food is always hot and... fresh. Last weekend when we went through the food was practically commercial-worthy. Highly recommend. Read more
Something is clearly wrong with the management here. McDonald?s breakfast is good. Kids love it! But this location is so... unorganized and slow, I went inside to order and the employees didn?t seem to have a good work line. Just ONE employee wasprepping and wrapping food. Two guys were at the front and during my wait there 4 people LEFT because they were standing at thetill and no employee would help them. Even one employee got a muffin from right beside the tills and still ignored the customerswaiting to order. And the fact that the play area for kids is still closed seems kind of odd but honestly I doubt the employeeswould clean it anyways. Read more
This restaurant is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. I have been waiting for my order for over 20 minutes which was... supposed to be curbside delivery. I have since come inside the restaurant to inquire and was told they would have it ready rightaway. It has been another 5 minutes and I still haven't received my order. Everyone else inside the restaurant has also beenwaiting for over 20 minutes for their meals as well. This is not the first time that I have had an extremely long wait for mymeal at this restaurant either but it will definately be the last. I will never come here again and would advise anyone else todo the same. Read more
My stars have gone done as te has gone on. I come here almost daily to get a coffee. Sometimes it takes (like you would expect)... under 5 minutes. Other times when it's mildly busy, it will take upwards of 15 minutes. Let me say that again 15 minutes for 1coffee. From my observation, this is due to an incredibly ill managed team. However, the early morning shift, is incredible.Always friendly and very efficient. So please whoever manages this place, do something. The wait time should not be this long.Ever. Read more
