It has been about 50 times of them giving me the wrong items despite them reading back my order to me (correctly) and being the... only car in the drive thru. Seems like they give you whatever they want and hope you don?t notice. They have always been politeto customers but I?m getting sick of how 9/10 times my order comes out completely wrong. Read more

General staff amazing! Management needs to be more understanding of employees needs, seems to be a hostile work environment.... Managers barking commands out to employees and publicly scolding them if small mistakes are made. Not impressed. Soured me tothe Tim?s brand. Read more
Even when you say ?no chipotle sauce on your breakfast wrap cause it?s an allergy? they still put it on the wrap. The worst.
Love the friendly attention given by the staff of Martensville Timmy's. I am finding Tim Horton inside service to be lacking in general. It seems that with fast food places, customers who choose to... dine in are an inconvenience and served only after drive through customers are served. Sad as places like Tim Hortons use to bea hub for people to meet and visit. I though we would have learned the value of community after loosing it during covid. Read more
