Went here at 8:35 they don?t close until 9. There was only one person working it seemed like. Person told me to come back at... 8:50 because they couldn?t serve me at the moment ? (Very rude) so I wait outside I come back in at 8:48 and then he says thatare closed for the day that they don?t wanna serve anyone else? why make me waste my time and tell me to come back ???? The Staff that was working on September 19 at 2:45 was the worst staff I have ever experienced in my entire life I think 3... Employees walked by me multiple times and did not take my order. It took them at least 8 minutes to take our order. But evenafter they started with our order there was multiple cuss words let out by a few employees. And they could not remember my orderto save there life because they were too busy talking to one another. Me and my friend were the only people in the store. Theirperformance was terrible. Read more

So the sub was EXCELLENT. The staff was great. The bathrooms however were horrible. Unfortunately they share the same bathroom... with gas station. It should also be noted they were operating off of a generator. Read more

Over the years I have noticed some consistent trends at this location that can impact the customer... experience. Favorable/Positives: The food quality is good. The bread is usually fresh and the ingredients all appear fresh. Theforward facing workspace is clean and well-maintained, as well as the general customer area. Areas needing improvement:Employees wash their hands in front of the customer only about 1/3 of the time when I have come in (usually at night).Engagement with the customer is minimal. Work being done in the back is always prioritized over customer service- almost everysingle time I have come in, there are at least 2 customers, and only one employee up front to help the customers. It takesprompting to get the others in the back to help, or they just leave the person up front to fend for themselves. The speed ofservice would be faster if employees worked together to get customers in and out quickly. I also have a concern that thislocation doesn't adhere to the same of guidelines for COVID prevention. When the mask mandate first hit, employees werereluctant or refused to wear masks (and even talked about this publicly). It is June 2021, and no one wears a mask- evenemployees that appear to still be in high school so are likely not vaccinated. This is a deterrent that prevents me from wantingto visit. Read more

Trinity is a great worker, and the statement she was accused of is false. I?ve worked at this location, hours are great, and so... are customers. Did have issues with marathon employees, and had to transfer to another store. Other then that, all great. 10$pay, weekly pay. Read more

Person was rude and didn't even make my foot long correct. I told them I've gotten it before and it's supposed to have a lot... more turkey on it then what they gave me. It's wrong to lie to me and say that that was the correct amount when I know they werewrong I have never been scammed out of my food before like this. Be careful they're trying to cut cost by reducing the amount offood they're supposed to put on your sandwich by half!!!!!!! Read more

I hate doing bad reviews. But yesterday I went there, I didn't have beeakbrea or lunch. So around 4pm I went in there, I seen... one employee in back prepping food and eating. Nasty as all. Then took a good 2-3 minutes for someone to say something. And theywas standing right there. It took 2 girls to make one sandwich. I ordered a pizza. Was freezing cold in the middle. So I askedto heat longer. She did and was very polite. But my brother had to ask for his to be heated longer. So the lady burnt it shekept putting it in longer . So we left . I gave him half og mine. It took over 20 minutes to get food. Read more
