I'm giving three stars bc I do believe the service there is nice and I've never had anyone be rude. That being said I am upset... about when I get a McChicken it should have lettuce and mayo on it and I should not have to ask for my fries to be well done inorder to get fries that aren't cool and soggy. I went inside last Sunday for a couple McMuffins, Thinking about My/Our Grandson "Zayden" with Us, not long before My order was... ready, I ask a young lady if I could add a pancake or two for Grandson. She Smiled, then stated, Sure I'll fix you up. Upon Myreceiving meal, I ask about butter and syrup. Again out came her big smile, nodding toward the bag in my hand now, He has acomplete meal. I am just upset at the fact I asked for mustard and pickle only. It even says it on my wrapper, and not one, but two of my... cheeseburgers have everything on it. And you can say ?just pick it off? or ?grow up and eat it? but I?m allergic to onions andthat?s not the point. It cost McDonald?s more time and money to add this unnecessary stuff I didn?t ask for. Went thru the drive thru and ordered just a fish sandwich. This is what they gave me. Not good when you can't get the cheese or... the tater sauce on the fish, inside the sandwich where it belongs. Read more
I?ve never had a satisfactory experience here. This time, I asked Chloe to give us straws, because the frappe she handed me was... already half melted, before she sent us to the next window. Chloe ignored us and sent us to the window, anyway, and said itwould be a few minutes. We waited about 8 minutes before she finally gave us our food with NASTY grease filled fries, and ourstraws stuffed all the way in the bottom of the bag. My frappe melted completely.
