This is the worst Sonic in existence. The app has not worked all summer. The employees are rude. Our order has been wrong 4... times in a row. The shakes are never all the way full and are never mixed properly. We keep eating there because there is notreally anywhere else to go in Martin. The Sonics in Greenfield and Dresden are both better but this town has a state universityand should have a decent Sonic. Read more
Ordered a large fry and a small total and neither container was even half full. Pitiful! I don't know why I keep trying.
The app never works they said it's because there short staffed.. and they mess up all the time also a little helpful idea, if... someone orders 3 wacky pack kids meals and 2 normal orders that doesn't mean throw it all in one small bag... Read more
Horrible experience. First Our order was given to another customer. When we finally got our order, the sandwich that was... supposed to be a double cheeseburger only had one patty. That?s fine. Everyone makes mistakes. Told them about the problem andthey said they would make it right. They made it a second time with one patty. This time when we tell them it was wrong and theyremake the sandwich they got it right. But when the carhop brought the food out she was rude and disrespectful. My husband wentin the store to talk to the manager and told the carhop not to talk to me that way. Then the whole crew comes out and startsbeing disrespectful and starts yelling at my husband to leave or else they were going to call the police. While inside he wastold that he needed to respect the fact that the cook was in training. He saw the cook drop the spatula on the floor and placeit back on the grill. Seriously how bad can this place get? Can not order from the app ever, half of the screens on the location do not work. Rude... employees. Today watched the employee at the screen taking orders inside eating, completely unsanitary. Ordered 4 drinks nodrink holder, my order was made incorrectly. Someone really needs to do some retraining at this location. Tried to get on thewebsite listed for this location and it is not found. Just because we are in a small town we deserve the same service in a bigcity. Very obvious that the owners and employees do not care about customer service. Read more
I rarely give 5 stars to fast food restaurants, but our experience at this particular Sonic was much better than usual. My... experience with Sonic grilled chicken has been fair at best. Most often the chicken is tough and dry. At this Sonic, however,the chicken was hot, tender, and juicy. The service was also quick and friendly. I am rarely in Martin, but when I am back intown, Sonic will be an option for fast food. Read more
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal. My fries were old and my bacon was burnt. Food not fresh. Will not return here.
