Went to this subway in the past, was able to use coupons without issue. Yesterday, went to use coupon to be told they do not... accept Subway coupons. Note: the coupon was sent to me in local mail. You lost me as a customer!!!!! Read more

Very Rude Custimer Service. I will not return to this establishment again. Ordered the no bready bowl through the app. Picked it... up and brought it home to find there was no cheese, but lots of pickles and banana peppers added, which I do not like. I calledto let them know my order was wrong. The girl that answered was rude, did not care and told me to bring it back with receipt.Ordering through the app prints in black and white. I guess the rude girl on the phone could not read. No apology, of course. Ilive too far away for returning. I will not go back here again. Read more

Went to the local Subway to get a sandwich, was informed that coupons are not accepted there. Experienced a Beyond rude by the... employee. There were no customers inside and 1 person in drive-thru. Ordered a footlong the foot-long bread was crushed by theemployee in an effort to slice it open when I complained about this and requested another piece of bread the employee refused.There were 4 employees on shift. This was literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will not return. Read more

Our sandwiches had no cheese, and my daughters 6 inch ham was smashed and the bread was hard and flaking. Very disappointed in... the quality. We ordered through the drive through. When I called to discuss, there was no manager present and they asked me ifI wanted to come back and get the cheese. I declined. Read more
