The guy building my burrito bowl was stingy with the portions of everything including the cup of guacamole. He made sure to not... fill the cup. Deliberately came up short on every condiment and the chicken. I let him make my order then I showed the manager.He half heartedly agreed that the portions were a little small and offered to add to it. I don't like being ripped off and Itold him this is the smallest portions of any chipoltle in the county.Give credit for adding to my order but it's wrong howthey are training the new people. Chips tasted days old. Very stale. Chicken taco was good but the chips cost more and were quickly thrown in the trash.
Last night I ordered 2 chicken burritos, the worst I have ever eaten. They weren't chicken, I didn't ask for it to be spicy and... one was, the tortilla was super hard that you couldn't even bite, it was cold and lacked ingredients. I ordered a regular sized bag of chips and they gave me the same amount of chips as a kids size bag and after you order online... when you go to pick up they don't give you everything. Read more
Just got home with my food and what a disappointment. Smallest portions ever. Burrito is slightly larger than my credit card and... the same size as iPhone 8, without the corners. Burrito bowl is pathetic and maybe not quite half full. Not returning here eventhough my local restaurant. I usually tip but no tip when they can?t give a worthy meal. Read more
This is by far the cleanest, freshest, nicest, most professional chipotle that I have eaten at. I wish I could give this place 6... stars, it's those little things that set this place above the rest- stirring the mass amount of produce before each scoop so theflavor spreads evenly, straining the beans and salsa juices out of the scoop before adding it, grabbing a handful of cheese butsprinkling it evenly till I said when, asking for any last minute requests, it was the best experience I have ever had and youcould taste the love. Love this place. Few people than other Chipotle stores. Staffs are very kind and it's very clean.
The service here is always slow if there is anybody ahead of you in line, but that problem is the same at all locations. They... always have a ton of people doing what looks like pointless tasks and only 1 person working the line.
