Unorganized management needs an overhaul. Only take one order at a time and make that sandwich before taking the rest of our... orders. There were 3 of us. We didn't get our drink cups and had to ask more than once. 5 people working making 3 sandwiches tobe ready together should not have been a problem. Read more
This location is always absolutely spot-on and I couldn?t be more grateful! I rushed over after a super long, tiring day and was... absolutely FAMISHED. I have been coming to this location for some time now , I am a Veteran and Nurse. I'm from Texas, so of course I love... BBQ. Kinders is the best BBQ in California, no contest. This store hasn't always been the cleanest, and the fountain drinkmachine tasted like it needed a deep cleansing. However, I noticed a huge change today. If you?re looking for a classic bbq spot, this is truly not one of them. The ribs were super dry and are just sitting under a... heat lamp, that does not keep the meat moist at all. The ball sandwich, the meat was microwaved (in front of our eyes) and justdrowned it in mayonnaise and bbq sauce to keep it moist. The only highlights was the bbq sauce (what they?re known for) and theabove average potato salad. I would not come back here after I saw the cafeteria style cooking to prepare our food. Read more

Well, this was my first time eating here and I was not disappointed. I went in around 7:30 PM there was no wait, I went with... the three meat combo ribs/Chicken 1/4 and ball tips. I got roasted veggies and potatoe salad. I loved it all except my veggies,and I'm someone who eats his veggies. I think it had to do with it being the end of the night. Just got my delivery. I ordered a ball tip sandwich and fries. I didn't get any bbq OR fry sauce ???? please do better with... deliveries! This isn't the first time. And the bag was open. Most places nowadays make sure the bag is somehow sealed beforedelivery to avoid pilferage and contamination. Again, please do better. Read more
