The employees are super nice but the food is not so good. Ordered the brisket ( it was mushy and had no smoke flavor at all),... spicy links (these were good), Mac and Cheese (super oily and no flavor). Potato salad (this was just ok). Maybe I ordered thewrong thing but the brisket was not edible at all. Spent $50.00 and will not be back. Guess it gets such high marks becausethere isn?t another place nearby. Read more

Absolutely love this place. The BBQ is delicious and plentiful. The side are a wonderful compliment to the various meat options.... I highly recommend the ribs, tri tip and the spicy sausage. And they have local brew on tap. Can?t beat this place! Read more
Had to try a bit of everything a la Carte. All worth a try. At 6pm, nothin was dry. Coleslaw was real good. Vinegar based. Tots... were savory with a, hint of sweetness. Fountain comes with order. My new favorite spot. Read more
One of my top 3 favorite restaurants in Martinez. Good atmosphere with indoor and outdoor (in the back) dining. Highly recommend... the pittburger (or brisket) and the Mac and cheese as a side. Their coleslaw is really good too, so if you're a stickler forthat you'll appreciate it. Good beer selection as well. Read more
The food was great! We had baby back ribs, tri tip and a hot link sandwich. All had great flavor and the meat was tender. What... was even better then the food you might ask? The staff! Amazing. They were friendly, explained the type of sauces and differenttype of ribs, they were bubbly and accommodating! I would eat here again just because the staff the good food was just a bonus. Read more
