We were just passing through and decided to stop after seeing all the billboard signs we stop at this particular one around 4pm... with only 1 car in the drive through. We don't have this particular fast food chain in our area but we were very pleased with the meals and service. The food was... delicious and we got it in a fast and friendly manner. This is not my first but my second attempt at getting this sandwich from this location. First time I ordered it with bacon and... cheese got back to work and no bacon or cheese! After several calls i finally got a manager on the phone she said she wouldremake when i could come back. So today i go back, order the same sandwich the manager remembered our conversation about whathappened and hands me yet ANOTHER sandwich with no cheese or bacon! Ordered two sausage biscuits and large grits at the drive thru to take home and share. Only got one sausage biscuit. Called and... first they gave me the run around then told me I didn't go through the drive thru. I had noticed a decline in service recently.This is the end, I will not go back. Read more
