Lobby still closed, two lane drive Thur only one lane open. Got to the window to pick up my food had to ask for silverware and... napkins. If I am in a drive in assume I am eating my food remotely. Plus the had no eggs and no Diet Coke either. Verydisappointed in service worst I have seen. Read more
Fries were hot, but they had a pound of salt. The cowardly cashier was instructing her coworker to rush me away from the window.... The order taker was lovely. The crew seems young. I suggest the cashier talks to her guidance counselor because it?s sad to bethat young and so rude. Read more
The absolute worst McDonald?s I have ever seen! I stood in line with my three year old grandson to order and payed , waited 35... min they lost the order, they finally came and took my ticket so they could make it, then it was incorrect, it was some else'sorder and loaded with mayonnaise so much confusion behind the counter, the manager and two older gentleman working very hard tocomplete orders, they seem to be the only ones working, the rest of the staff didn't seem to care about anything to do withwork. If I was the franchise owner I would be seriously concerned for the future of this location. In fact I'd close it ratherthan deal with this. Read more

Got there at 1040am, had ordered breakfast on the app. I get to the window and they say ?we don?t have anymore breakfast?. Okay... you don?t stop serving breakfast until 1059am, but Unwilling to make anymore breakfast food. That?s just bad business. So Icancelled my order and moved on. The lady at the 2nd drive-through window was very rude. we had to pull into a parking space And when the order came out it was ... wrong, We ordered a fish sandwich with no tartar sauce and it had tartar sauce on it we ordered a number 7 but got some otherkind of meal When we brought it to her attention she said we owed her more money and that she would fix it after we paid her.Very rude and arrogant like it was our fault.
