Just ok. Drive-through forgot salad dressing, silverware and any other sauce. Zero sauces. Zero napkins. ??????????????At least... the food was correct. ???? You pretty much have to sit and thoroughly check your entire order at any drive-through. Read more

I usually love this Zaxby?s but I am very disappointed and I don?t think I will be going back. Yesterday 4/25/22 I went early... afternoon and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal with extra fries (that I paid for) and cheddar bites. I got home in lessthan 5 minutes and open my food. There were no extra fries and they were very cold and soggy. Then I open my cheddar bites andthey didn?t even cover the bottom of the little tray (for over $5) they usually are mostly to the top. Tonight I get a Zaladwhich is half the size it normally is. The district manager there expects you not to eat and to bring the food back to getcredit.
