They are very rude to disabled people. My husband is paralyzed and is in a wheelchair and we waited 45 minutes for a table even... though they had a lot of empty tables and finally we were seated at a booth which wasn't accommodating for my husband he wasabout a foot away from the end of the booth then someone else came over to us and rudely complained my husband couldn't sitthere we had to move after the waitress already seated us there and the man said you will have to wait and additional 15 minutesso we can clean a table for you even though they had about 10 or more tables emptied so we just walked out and went to outbackand we got treated so much better there and my husband was able to set up at the table Read more
Running a vacuumed and flipping up chairs should be done after closing. Not while customer are eating in the same area at 9pm.... Felt very rushed even tho they did not close for another 3 hours. Our meal wasn't that good. It's sad when the fries are betterthan our main courses. We won't return to any Applebees again. Read more

Revisited this Applebees as it is close to our home. First, it was not overly crowded so that was nice The service was more... than adequate as our server was on point. The food that we got was cooked properly and hot when it arrived at the table. Allitems arrived as ordered. Pricing was on par with most places in our area. First time to Applebee's ever with my girlfriend. Had about a 10-15min wait but that wasnt bad at all. Wasnt that impressed by... the waitress, she didnt seem to really show the kind of customer service a resturaunt should have, however everyone else whobrought us food was very kind and offered us nice suggestions since it was our first time. The food was EXCELLENT and thedessert was mouth watering! Definitely impressed, the waitress is the only reason I didnt rate a 5 stars. Read more
Ordered the Chicken Strawberry Balsamic salad and had it delivered through Grub Hub. The salad was missing the silvered almonds,... and even worse, there was no chicken in it either. I called Applebee's to complain, I wanted to speak to a manager but was toldinstead to call Grub Hub so THEY could replace it. It wasn't their fault for the mistake, and regardless of any "return" policyGrub Hub may have, it's not up to them to replace Applebee's mistake. I paid $13.00 for a salad that apparently was toodifficult for Applebee's to put together correctly and it clearly should be THEIR responsibility to make amends with thecustomer. Read more
