The food was good we had the loaded curly fries. We also order two different types of margaritas. They were both very strong... and did not really enjoy them. The bartender seemed to be overwhelmed which made us feel uncomfortable. Not sure where he keptrunning off to eventually he just left. I think if a bartender passes you off to another bartender they should at least say thatthey're ending their shift and leaving. Read more
Service was ok. A little slow, but she was also running bar. Had to ask for several things n still didn't get it. She was an... amazing person though! Very nice and personable. Did not get her name, but a very sweet girl. Food.... blah, but it's expected wa restaurant chain. U could tell it was from a box or a bag, so I don't want to complain too much about that. I kinda knew goingin.. it was pretty clean n the ambience was nice. If u don't mind waiting a little bit and the stale flavor of a restaurantchain food supply, it's not a bad place to go. Read more
Waitress was very sweet and kind. But one of the entrees we got, the chicken fajitas, had chicken that tasted like it belonged... on a salad and it was very bland not charred. Yet the plate came out sizzling? Almost like the only thing cooked was the bellpeppers. I was shocked. :( So we had to order dessert. And we never are able to when the food is good. Sadly only my mushroomswiss burger was very good out of both entrees and I didn't request the rareness of my burger do they just had it cooked almostwell done but it was very juicy and not dry. I'll give them 3 stars for that :) And the dessert, molten lava cake with ice creamthat was very good. Along with the trio, 3 sides, that came with original tender, extra crispy tenders, and cheese bites. Thosewere so good I could've eaten just those for the night. Oh and one last thing. Good food, but the cleaning of tables was lacking. The tables across from us went uncleaned for our entire visit (an hour). ... Not sure if it is staffing or something else but having staff walk by and not attend to these tables left with uncleared foodand drinks was not a win. Read more
This Chili?s restaurant located in Martinsburg West Virginia was one of the best that I have been to. Now we know that since... they are a chain of restaurants you would think that they are all alike, but not they?re not. This Chili?s in particular had themanager greeting you as you come in the door which is not very common on any restaurant that you walk in. The staff wasextremely friendly, polite and very attentive. Also it was the fastest one that I have been to have your plate at the table onceyou have done your order. Overall it was a great experience and my family and I would definitely will be back to this Chili?s. Read more
Chili?s has always been one of my favorite places to eat however this time wasn?t the best experience. We had to wait a bit... before anyone came to seat us. There was one waitress however was talking to customers right near the door. Secondly, I orderedchicken tenders the meat was dark brown in some places, which I won?t order again from there. The only positive things were thewaitress was friendly, the manager removed my meal off the receipt, and the cheese fries were great. Read more
This was actually our 2nd visit as it is a little out of the way but well worth the drive. The waitstaff were very friendly and... attentive as well as the General Manager who introduced himself to every table. Service was prompt and the food was cooked toorder following instructions for food allergy as well. We will be back. Read more
