Every time we go here, the place is filthy. There were gnats swarming around our table the whole time we ate. None of the tables... around us were cleaned so we just chose the cleanest looking one and wiped it ourselves. Tried to use the two different handsanitizer stands, both empty. On top of that, we bought $40 worth of bowls and each one had about 10 small pieces of chicken inthem. They also charged us for the dressing which has never been the case before. My husband brought it up to the staff andasked if we could have more chicken?especially for the price. The staff said ?No, the manager is really strict aboutthat.? Experience as a whole was just truly delightful today the three gentlemen that served us were just cordial and nice and even... though the lady in front of me and myself and even the lady behind me had very specific requests on how we wanted our foodprepared and packaged no one ever had an issue with it or single eye roll everything was just nice and pleasant and just abeautiful experience and I wish I had got the three gentleman's names but they were just beautiful wonderful souls and I justwanted to let them and let their managers know that they're doing a fantastic job and more importantly that they were raisedright so thank you for making my experience today going out for dinner just a fabulous experience thank you and truly be blessed Read more
This place is absolutely terrible. They act as if they are counting the number of beans and pieces of meat they put on a bowl... instead of pleasing the customer to keep more coming back. VERY bad management, if any at all. Read more
Love the food here! I go once a week. Ordering through doordash is the only time I have an issue with Chipotle, my order is... sometimes wrong which is disappointing but in person I am always satisfied. Their queso is the BOMB! Read more

I don?t even want to give one star. When you order and Pay for double meat you expect to get that. We ordered 4 bowls 3 of... which we paid for double meat and did not get. One bowl was to have beans, and no rice and I did not get beans and got rice. Your employees really should pay attention to peoples orders. This isn?t the first time we?ve had horrible service. So as usual, the place is ALWAYS dirty! The service is ALWAYS amazing. The food is ok, but for the prices, I'd expect to get... what I paid for. I get my food today n open my chips n literally there is less than a handful in the bag! I mean I get maybe ahalf a bag, but 10 chips.... do better!!! Read more
Food was great they even let us try the new steak, service was fast and staff friendly. The soda counter was a huge mess and... there wasnt a clean table at all I will go to frederick marylands chipotle from now on the have the same stuff same price butthey clean the dining room very often they care about the image and customers at this location Read more
