Okay 3 star for now: Lets start with the good things! The Food and Pizzas are delicious, really good and will defimately... comeback for that. Now the Bad: The Salad Bar and Pasta Bar do not have many options. The next downside was I went into thebathroom stall and it was covered in urine, it was disgusting. Overall: It was a good experience, would like to see more saladand Pasta options, and more of an effot to clean. The pizza was GREAT and Desserts were Delicious!! Definately will come back! Read more
We?re from Cleveland Ohio.. we drive from Hershey park to there because we dont have anymore by us? I realized after we stopped... at a gas station 2 hours away from cici?s that I left my wallet there and called them and they closed at 9 but they said theywould wait an hour after for us to drive back. I?m so thankful for them! I gave them money for their patience to make our wayback. Everything. Was still in there.., let?s not forget how good the food was either. This place is horrible!!!! $26 for two adults when their tomatoes for the salad were rotten, pizza they was very few selections... and only 2 were were fresh the whole time we were there. The rest were rock hard!!! Even the bread sticks and pasta were hardfrom sitting all day. My boyfriend took his concerns to the manager and he just brushed it off like it was nothing pretty muchand walked away. Service horrible!!! I do not recommend at all!! I will never go back. Last 2 times I've been here and it has been absolutely horrible! They don't keep enough pizza or desserts fresh on the hot bar. ... Have had only 1 person making pizza with at least 10-15 customers in the store. Don't even try to take special requests forpizza anymore. If the pizza is on the bar it stays there until it's gone which looks like a dried up piece of cardboard. Walked out and didn't even get full or desert both times. Guaranteed to be a horrible experience unless this place changessometime in the future. Don't waste your money, what little it does cost to eat here even. Read more

There?s a reason this place is empty. Actually too many to mention in this post. Pretty sure pizza ???? is supposed to have... tomato sauce on it. I am not exaggerating when I say that the pizzas had NO SAUCE at all. I don?t mean ?little sauce? aliterally mean ?NO SAUCE.? The. macaroni was cold and dry. When we told them about it they said ?Our machine isn?t working.?What machine? The microwave? Is that the machine they are talking about? 12 slices of pizza spread out over 8 pans. I will stopthere. CiCi's as it used to be: It has been 2-3 years since I've paid a visit to CiCi's, the last time I found the whole place to be... overpowering, not the cleanest of restaurants I've been in, and the selection of pizza's was quite varied but there was nopolish to the presentation. I suppose scruffy would describe its overall appearance. CiCi's on my recent visit: A total changeof venue, clean and tidy food presented as though someone actually cared, the staff member present was very polite and helpful. This was late evening at the weekend, and I was royally impressed. It's easy to critique someone's efforts at providing aservice, I like to see clean tables and silverware hate sloppy appearance of staff when I'm paying what they ask for the meal Iorder. Let me say this much, the new management team have got it right whoever they are, now refine your efforts and don't beput off by only a few customers at your tables. When the word gets out people will learn not to be too hasty in their judgementof your services / premises. But you too have to do your part.
