For management: around noon today (September 14th) I was in the building working on my laptop. At around 1pm, the workers were... complaining in front of me (customer) about their manager, past customers, and the dress code. They openly cursed as well andI've noticed them being rude to several customers before, myself included. Dunkin's worst. Please drive a few miles down the road to a real Dunkin. Waited 45min in drive through, ordered 3 items, only to... be told they didn't add third item to order...refused to add, adjust or create new order. Zero customer service, slow andincompetent management. Read more

Stopped in for 8 little burritos to go in a large coffee and two small blueberry teas. They was very rude, and she was talking... to the woman in the back saying I didn?t make this order it?s not my fault. She rudely told us next time we order that big of anorder that we need to come inside. Sorry no sign and not coming inside for the order when the lobby is packed. Once the food wasready and we waited she pretty much just throw the food through the window. This store has to be the rudest place if everstopped at. So after a couple times of thinking a person might just be having a bad day and brushing it off, Not this time I?mgoing elsewhere and just want to let the public aware of how it is and if you still go good luck. I went earlier today I had a really nice lady ring me up however she took my money (had gloves on) never took off the gloves to... wash her hands or Put new ones on before she picked up my food with the same gloves that she checked me out and handed me backchange. I watched it all happen . With covid and influenza and all the germs not okay or sanitary. I will not be back because ofthis . She should have known better. You don?t take money and then touch someone?s food and make it with the same gloves on ! Iwas disgusted!!!!!!! Just thought everyone should know . Probably happens more then we know. Unacceptable!
