When you order something and tell them 15 times no gravy and that little punk still doesn't listen. Train them better.
The food was fresh and hot. Very good. The inside was a little dirty tho and not alot of people inside
Ordered online through KFC website. Went to get 3 of the same meal. Was informed only enough pot pies for 2. Said I could... refund through doordash. I didn't use doordash. They subbed sadness bowl which was fine. Then claimed I didn't order 3 mealsbut 2. So didn't get drink or cookie. Even though I paid for them. Got home to not enough plastic ware for meals or straws fordrinks. I love KFC but this one sucks. Read more
Already left review for kfc....I ordered over the phone and general manager decided not to make my food though she explained on... phone it was too late to order online so I had to do it on the phone. Her employee told everything at the window.she laughed andwhispered about the incident.she wasn't being rude to me. She informed me that the general manager said its too late to makefood.I drove all the way across town to pick food up. I ordered at 7 30.they closed at 8. I was there before 8.she said it wastoo late though?why did she let a customer order, drive there and turn them down?? I have contacted federal trade commissionabout it...as that general manager "tiffany" refused to speak to me.thats bad business all the way around. I'm from here. Neverhad an issue like that. First of all after waiting in line 35 mins and then 10 more minutes at the window and ordered a 8 piece family meal to feed 3... kids and 1 adult they gave a couple bites of macaroni and cheese the meal had 2 large sides with it one of the choices beingmacaroni and cheese and the picture shows what they gave me hire people poor service no one should have to wait that long Read more
Good chicken sandwich. Good job with special order at drive thru. Fries are coated -- not a fan but my brother liked them.
The food i just received was offensive at best. I returned it an got my money back. The corn was dark brown and hard and the... chicken was tough and dry. The chicken tenders were old and had barely any sauce. I will not return to this restaurant everagain. Read more
This KFC shouldn't be open for business because I sat in the drive through even when it was backed up and waited 30 minutes to... get to the menu to order and I was told by some girl that they can't take orders because the system froze up. I don't know whythey let all the ppl in drive through sit there knowing they can't take orders when they should of came outside and let eachcustomer know that the system froze and they are unable to take any orders.
