I come here very often whether it be with my family or my friends and I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I had a... complaint about my bill and was told I was wrong multiple times and then the manager of the building proceeded to get in my faceand tell me that she has been the owner or manager for 20 years and that she was right. I have never had to pay for fried ricewhen I went there and tonight I had to pay for not 1 but 4 of them and I never received them and I also had to pay for extravegetables that I also never received. I will never go back to this establishment and I would advise that no one else doeseither. Their customer service has gone downhill over the last couple years and they need to get their act together. We have been here twice, and will be back. The service was exceptional, the chef was entertaining. Don't get the lobster, mine... was fishy and a big disappointment. Do get the filet, chicken or shrimp all were tasty and cooked as requested. Easily two mealsfor most people. Read more

Went there to have a nice sushi dinner and after we were seated we were told they don't do sushi anymore. Ordered the most... expensive item on there menu and sent it back cause it didn't taste right. The owner stated that it was because it was frozen.For the price they charge it should be fresh. When we went to the bathroom the toilets had fecal matter all over them. We paidand left. We got home just to end up sick now going on 3 days with food poisoning. Never coming back here. Read more

We had the most amazing time!! Today was my birthday and my boyfriend took me to Kobe for the first time. Our server was... excellent (didn?t catch her name :() and our chef Marco was amazing! He made the whole table feel included and had such a funtime entertaining us. I had the filet mignon and lobster and it was ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? fried rice was cooked perfectly paired withsaki and a daiquiri. We went for our first time since moving to Martinsburg and were super pleasantly surprised, it was wonderful! Food was... delicious and staff was friendly & efficient! We were disappointed they didn't have sushi, we aren't sure whether that is apermanent thing. But the teppanyaki food was amazing and we will be back for sure! Read more
