While the food was what most would expect from Olive garden the Management was poor. Our server had more ability than the... manager. The Manager was at the reception desk just joking around with about 7 other employees while our server was busting hertail to give great service. We turned on the call server light on the Ziosk and it was flashing red for a solid 10 minutes. Wewere in plain view of the 8 employees that were fooling around which includes the manager. Not one of them could be bothered. Itwas a sad display of customer service. Our poor server was practically in tears over the lack of help. An especially awful dining experience. Our server was inattentive and rude. I was a dine in guest but had to walk up to the... bar and refill our drinks. Our server would not clear plates or bowls from the table, so again I had to carry them back to thekitchen. The four host at the front door were rude, sarcastic, condescending and unprofessional. I asked to speak with amember of the leadership team and they replied that the manager was in the bathroom and wouldn’t be available to speak to me. After paying for our meal the manger on duty found us near the front door and asked if my wife and I had used profanity. We ofcourse did not use profanity and denied doing so. The manger defended his teams lack of professionalism and made no apologiesfor the poor service. During the pandemic when this restaurant was a ghost town my wife and I continued to frequent thisestablishment. We will never return to this location or any other Olive Garden again. Read more

Stopped here after having a terrible experience with Air Bnb and vented to the staff upon our arrival. They were so welcoming... and kind. They made sure our kids had crayons, paper and even stickers. When we were leaving they gifted us two desserts whichdefinitely made our trip to Martinsburg "sweeter". The entire staff was top notch and the food and drinks matched. Thank you allfor making a crazy day much better with your warmth and kindness. Our waitress Emily was the best!! Read more

The food just isn't that great. I hadn't eaten there in a long time and I don't know if it's just this location or a bad night... or they have changed their marinara recipe but it had a weird super sweet taste and just wasn't all that good. The texture ofthe pasta was off too. Like too squishy. Definitely not worth the price. Read more
