Got 2 detroit style pizzas from here with no sauce. Either they forgot or they ran out. I'm not sure how you forget 1 of 4... primary ingredients. This place is 20 minutes away and not worth the trip back to get a refund. Don't waste your time unless youprefer pizza with no sauce. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and received 1. At least this time when the driver said he would be back, he actually did come back unlike... previous experiences. Called the store and waited on hold for 10 min and 19 seconds after a horrible greeting. "Please hold" ishow the phone was answered. While on hold, I called from another cell and they answered immediately, imagine that! Every singletime my kids ask for Pizza Hut, I cringe. Every so often I give this store the benefit of the doubt and try again. Every singletime they disappoint. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves for how poorly run this store is. I know wehave staffing shortages right now, but this location has been this way for YEARS This is a higher level issue at this point.Will never order from here again. Read more
Quick service but that?s because food was wrong! I can?t eat regular pizza sauce so I substituted with the BBQ sauce and after... spending almost $30 on one stuffed crust pizza after adding toppings and all it came with the red sauce? so all I got to eat wasmy $10 wings. So I would have rather waited a little longer and got the correct order than for them to rush and make it wrong.That?s a lot of money wasted on a pizza I won?t be able to eat? Read more

Order came quicker than the original ETA, food was amazing! The pizza was fresh and the dessert was amazing.
Great pizza tonight. So we all know sometimes ordering pizza is a hit or miss. Tonight's order was a hit. We ordered 2 Stuff... Crust pizzas and they were made perfectly. The wings we ordered were great and as always the breadsticks were on point. Pricewas about $13 more than from a year ago which is sad. Now a pizza night cost as much as an Outback steakhouse night from yearsago. Read more
We ordered our food online at around 8:09. We knew it was busy and the online tracker said it would be here by 9:10. Well we... waited till 9:30 and still never got our order. We called the store to see what was going on and the person was very rude! Wewaited a little longer and our order was cancelled and we never got our food! It is now 10:46 and still no pizza! And on top ofthat i have a very hungry toddler who was waiting for the pizza too so i ended up making him something else. Very unacceptablenot happy at all! Read more
The progress they demonstrated on my last visit was obliviated on this visit. The quality and taste of the melt was terrible... and the polar opposite of the exact same product i purchased for the Hagerstown Dual Hwy store a week ago. This branchcontinues to have quality control issues and Pizza Hut need to consider pulling their chain - they are losing you business. Read more
