I only went to this location once. My receipt stated 19 dollars and something. When I checked my bank and later my statement... they took 26 dollars and something. I called was told to call their corporate office. They did not even give the option for aWV store. I left messages for store manager no one ever called me back. I feel they are crooks. I tried Royal Oaks for the first time today. I went in to buy a lotto ticket, and the machine doesn?t give change. I only had a... $20 bill, so I went to a worker and asked where the cashier was so I could get change. I was told that it is their policy not toprovide change, because it could lead to them being robbed. So either the worker is correct that this location is extremelydangerous to the point that they can?t open their till, or their customer service is appalling. I don?t plan on returning again.There are simply too many other places that are in a safe location than risk my personal safety at a place that thinks theycould be robbed at any moment. Read more
Can't speak on the mto food,b it they do have a nice selection on snacks and drinks. The store looks clean and bright which is... nice. However the scanners here won't accept phone numbers for the rewards program if you don't have your card handy and thecheckout staffer attitude is hit or miss. Read more
First time customer. Got gas and went inside to check it out. Decided to get a family meal. Got chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy,... Mac n cheese and rolls. The chicken was SOOO SALTY, mashed potatoes weren?t horrible, gravy had an off taste, blandest Mac ncheese I?ve ever tasted. The rolls were the best part lol I will not order food from here again but I?ll revisit in the futurefor gas and convenience items. Read more
