This sheets is horrible in customer service. The lady with glasses and red hair she?s rude and ignorant . I had waited over 30... mins for my smoothie I asked her if she could see why it took so long it was next to disinfect wipes I asked if she could remakeit she said I?m busy with counting my money ask someone else . Then I said okay just give me my money back . She ignored me andon top of that they missed items in my order ! I won?t ever return to sheets honestly this ruined my whole review on thiscompany . This is going to sound silly, but this Sheetz went above my expectations by SIMPLY HAVING DISPOSABLE CHANGING PADS ON THE BABY... CHANGING TABLE. That's like a first in any place that I've ever changed my daughter. The cleanliness of this Sheetz was greatand the food came out fast. Read more
On my last trip, May 13, stopped in for gas and was charged $87.25. I have a 4 cyl. MAZDA 3i. Asked for $25.00 to fill... it. Clerk said he made a mistake and would fix it. Never gave me a receipt. Dirty bathroom, almost out of toilet paper & paper towels. Ordered a peppermint mocha frozen latte and they were out of the... peppermint syrup; instead of asking about a replacement the woman making the drink just added extra peppermint pieces to thedrink. Read more
