Received the best service I have ever received and the most hospitable interaction from 2 of the team members. They make my... coffee and fuel trips worth it. I?m not sure if they?re related, but they do resemble one another. Waited 20 minutes for my food which eas almost entirely fried food that takes ~5 minutes to cook. One poor lady in the kitchen... handing out orders remarked they had huge orders come through, yet no one was helping her until I got my food, and others whoordered after me got their food. My 3 chicken tenders were more like 2 and a quarter with the sizes, and my food was not hot atall. Read more
Not up to sheetz expectations, whatsoever... idk whats up w this store. Placed an order and it was to be done at 10:24. Got... there at 10:15, got gas, then went into the drive-thru. 3 cars ahead of me and 30 mins later, no food. Waited at the window for10 mins with no help.. 45 mins later.... got my veggie sub and drink.. let's hope the sub is right when i get home.. ???? Read more
Worst and slowest service I've ever experienced at a sheetz. Waited 53 min for one hot dog and two bags of fries and it was cold... when I got it. While the manager and another worker standing there talking the whole time. Read more
Excruciatingly slow service every time I visit this location, regardless of how many people have ordered and are waiting. The... last straw for me was the last time I visited. I ordered a sandwich, grabbed a drink and a few other things, payed for myitems, and waited at the pickup counter. I stood there for at least 30 minutes, watching every other customer, even those whoordered AFTER me, get their ordered fulfilled and their numbers called. After waiting for so long, I asked the young lady behindthe counter if they had called my number yet. She checked the computer and she said I had never paid for it, so they never madeit. Either I payed for it, and their computer messed up, or the cashier made an error when I brought my ticket to checkout. Istill firmly believe it was the former, but I wasn't given a receipt after my purchase so I had no proof. I was told to go payfor it (again) and then they would make it. I wasn't going to pay for a sandwich twice, and then wait an additional 15-20minutes for it, so I just left the store. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst Sheetz I have ever been to. Read more
