The staff has been kind and smiling at 6am for my morning coffee. But I can't not express how bad I feel for them listening to... "ding, ding, ding" all day long!! There is a bell noise inside the store that doesn't allow the customers to concentrate. Ican't image the employees. They need to have this fixed. I forgot to scan my rewards app cause I was to focused on the ding dingsound. Please fix this, not just for the customers but your employees. Read more
Just waited in the drive thru for 30 min for 2 milkshakes. Got to the window and no one came to help us for 20 min, not even to... take our payment. Got tired of waiting so went inside. No apology no nothing to make up for any of it. This place needs newmanagement. About 5 different people walked by the window several times each and did not come to the window to help or ask if wehad been helped. Several made eye contact and immediately ignored us. They also had 2 people outside changing the trash binswhile we were waiting. We got our shakes from inside and they had been sitting in there so long they had melted. Read more
Got food poisoning from this place twice now. I don't know what yall are doing back there but you need to either be more... sanitary and or look at the expo on your products. Cross contamination is the first step to preventing this. Seems like yallneed to take a class on it. Will never buy food from yall again Read more
Store 4430 Winchester Ave. Martinsburg WV I have been going to this location for a number of years, and what I like most about... this store particularly are the super kind and efficient employees. Always smiling, always greet you. This week I have been 2times, and I have had the same employee named Phillip wait on me at the drive-through, not only very pleasant attitude but hewas very accurate in checking my order. I can not express enough what great employees work there, and the food is always fresh,and orders are always on point! This sheetz is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes they just completely drop the ball. The store is well kept... and clean, but you wait a looooong time for food. I have been going here for a while and the wait time for food continues toincrease. A lot of the time they have to reheat it because warm items come out cold. Read more
This sheetz made to order food is a major ripoff! I ordered 5 chicken tenders for $5.99 and they are no bigger some not as big... as a McDonald?s chicken nugget! And my rice was 2/3 empty! Read more
We stopped here on a roadtrip and tried to pick up mac and cheese and a hotdog for my eight year old niece. It took forty... minutes for us to receive the food. After twenty minutes, my sister asked if the food was coming and they said they were workingon it. After forty minutes her boyfriend asked and they revealed that it had been sitting on the counter behind the pick up forover half an hour. This was ridiculous and the mac and cheese was a solid block of cheese and tasted off. They did get thedrink in our order up at a good time and it tasted good.
