If I could give zero I would. Wife came in for a cheer up frappe after finding out some medical problems to day. Went through... drive thru?they messed up order charged her wrong amount.. never refunded what they said they did?But here?s what I?m writingabout ..after all this guy asked how are you? Then she Was asked by same young boy at drive thru to take a photo with herbecause it (she) was funny. (Her face). (She declined) That he said he does it a lot! The baristas are always so sweet, even when the lines are backed up and drive thru is slow. They really make it a great... experience. I literally have never left here disappointed. The inside is always clean, including the bathrooms. Read more

I?m in line right now honestly writing this review. I love Starbucks, and I have friends who work for the company so I know... their standards. This Starbucks has the worst customer service. There?s not a long line currently, so there?s no overwhelmingneed for the employee at the speaker box to be rude. Despite many employees often standing around waiting, tables were really dirty. Store has cracks in concrete floor, and water... comes in through the door during rain. The thing that bothered me most was cold drinks being made in the same mixing cups thatwere put on the shelf and not washed or changed for hours. Restrooms were neglected and toilet didn't work well. I love the employees of this Starbucks. They definitely have a good manager. I do hate free cup day because all these people... come of the woodwork for a cheap free plastic cup then the regular customers have to wait 45 min to an hour for their orders. Iwasn?t even offered a free cup, yet I spend money there everyday but I definitely don?t need anymore junk, so you did me afavor. Read more
