I placed a mobile order because i live 20 minutes away but really wanted wendys. I paid for my order and headed to the store... thinking it would be ready by the time i got there. The lobby was closed, which is fine because it was a little later. So i wentto the drive through. I sat for about 10 minutes and didnt hear from anybody. So i drove to the second window and still didntsee anybody. After almost another 10 minutes, Since i had already paid for my food, i called the store and then finally i saw awoman answer the phone and they came to the window. She said they were short staffed but i was the only person there. Afterwaiting again, she came and told me they didnt have some of the stuff i paid for. She was also very rude. And without tellingme, there were also other things missing from the food that i had already paid for. I will never go to this wendys again. Mostawful experience. I get better customer service at mcdonalds. If i could give zero stars, i would. Read more
Do not, I repeat: DO. NOT! Eat at this Wendy's! The bathrooms are barely cleaned, the upkeep of the dining area has taken a big... flying leap, and the food is poorly prepared. I've gotten sick after eating here; I had stomach discomfort with a nastyaftertaste lingering in my mouth all night before hurling. please, love yourself, and steer clear of this place. Read more
Very disappointed with my online mobile drive-thru pick up order this evening. First I ordered two strawberry Fanta fountain... drinks and the young lady with glasses explains they are out. So I tell her coke is fine and she only gives me one of my drinks.My coke tastes flat and gross then she proceeds to tell me they are out of coke once she finally realizes I ordered a seconddrink. Those are two very different preference in drinks. I shouldn?t have to come up with a third drink in my head. What ifthis order wasn?t for me? Then you fill that flavor back up and give me the drink I ordered. Not give me the we don?t have anyof the flavors you ordered run around..will not be returning. Read more

Chili was not hot or full to the top. The other Wendy?s MWV location is way better.
I will not be returning to this franchise. One star is generous considering that the food I ordered was good. Otherwise, the... employee's are unprofessional and do not follow health codes or ServeSafe rules. The employee who waited on customers also hadto prepare those orders. She did not change her gloves or wash her hands. None of the employee's were wearing hair nets orvisors or hats. All of the staff looked like they just got out of bed. A t-shirt and old jeans are not proper attire when youhave a job that requires customer service skills. Read more
I stopped to get dinner as a treat for my mom and I since she had an eye appointment today. It was awful the French fries must... of been sitting for awhile or the oil was going bad they tasted terrible and were cold to boot. My moms cheeseburger was tinyand also looked like it had been sitting for awhile which is strange because we asked for it plain which usually they make itfresh for her. My chicken sandwich was nothing to brag about either. I am very disappointed because usually Wendy?s is betterthen most fast food burger places. Read more
The service here is awful. It's a shame, because the food is good, if you are lucky enough to actually get what you order.
