I've used take out several times in Martinsville ONLY because Pizza Hut closes so early on the weekend as if.. well 1) if you... are a regular and I understand you have delivery cut off areas, but if you are literally 2 minutes away and tell them you wouldrather pay them than say Uber Eats/GrubHub... but 2) when GrubHub connect's you back to Papa John's to say "hey, if it's ok withthem, we'll have your pizza to you in 20 minutes" and they, Papa John's, Martinsville Indiana, who you buy pizza from REGULARLYsay to you, NO, CAN'T HELP....if you are traveling through town, avoid PAPA JOHNS IN MARTINSVILLE INDIANA, the employees have NOIDEA of what taking care of their community, town, people, only taking care of what works for the best of the company and in myopinion that isn't what this town is about! The delivery was suppose to be 20 to 30 minutes. We had to wait a hour and a half. When I ordered our good the man was talking... so fast in broken English. I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times. I won't order delivery or carry out there again. Read more
Went here a couple of weeks ago. The pizza toppings fell off of every piece of pizza that we picked up. The pizza was so soggy.... Thought we?d give them another chance and try it again tonight, same results! Soggy pizza with all the toppings falling off.Never again! Read more
This was our first visit in over a year and I regret it greatly. So poorly made that it wasn't edible and had to be thrown out.... It was a veggie pizza and 90% of the toppings were just plopped in the middle and it was so soggy it couldn't be picked up.Tried baking it some more to dry it out, but it didn't work. Happily going back to a Papa John free life and will encourageothers to do the same. Read more
Manager was rude. I called because when my wife arrived home with our online order there was no cheese sauce for the... breadsticks, there was a bunch of pizza sauce. I called to ensure I hadn?t been charged for the cheese sauce and to find out whyI hadn?t received what we ordered. The young girl on the phone didn?t have an answer and I was given to a female that said shewas the manager. I asked her the same questions I had asked the other girl. She was nasty in her communication and her attitudepoured through the phone. She finally hung up on me when I asked again what had happened. So I called Papa Johns corporate and Iwas told that I would be contacted within 48 hours by the district manager. That was 2-4 weeks ago, so here I am giving them thenegative review they deserve. Order the pizza, told it would be an hour and a half, Pizza showed up 10 minutes late and was cold . I don't mind waiting a... little bit longer if you can assure me my pizza will be hot and edible when I get it. Why pay your ridiculous prices if youcan't serve your food correctly?
