Went to Arby's and got two roast beef meals, the meat on both sandwiches was overcooked and appeared burnt. I called back and... they offered remakes at a later time and agreed that they over cooked the meat that day. Today I stopped by to pick up mysandwichs and was told sorry there is a 30 minute wait on roast beef. Do better Arbys not certain why you would sale the meat ifyou knew you over cooked it. Read more

**Update: Corporate reached out to me and gave us 2 free dinners on them, which is a pretty nice thing to do seeing how they... didn't have to. I won't update my review, because it only reflects the store, but I appreciate that Arby's wanted to keep us ascustomers!** Customer service was very lack luster, cashier seemed personally bothered by having to take orders. The order waswrong, asked for a large, got a small but a large drink, even though it took about 8-10 minutes from start to finish throughdrive through. Also, food quality is terrible. I was really served a cold roast beef sandwich.... not just not warm, actuallyCOLD. How does that happen? Anyway, I honestly wouldn't recommend eating here at all, Collinsville has better food, and its justa short drive from there. Read more

Closed 2 hours earlier than posted hours because they claimed to not "have enough workers." When they had 3 people working with... no one in line. Also refused to take our order saying, 'were not accepting orders right now' at 2:30pm for lunch. Never goingback. Terrible service and workers. Read more

My husband and I went through the Drive thru about 7:30 on 5/29. The line wasn't very long but it took us about 45 minutes from... the time we pulled yo until we received our food. The guy running the window was doing one order a a time. I ordered a milkshakeand was informed the machine was down. Meaning they had tore it down for closing already. When we got to the window he was veryrude and very demisive of us. We sat at the window for 10 minutes while he worked on the shake machine and filled the ice bin.Never acknowledging thar we were waiting. When he finally gave us our order, not one word was spoken to us. It was one of thevery worst fast food experiences I've ever had. Read more

There is absolutely no reason for a drive thru to take 30 min. To complete. I arrived at 6:30 pm, nearly 20 min later and still... have not been able to place an order. WTH? Poor management and improper training...I managed one of the busiest Arby's inMichigan and our drive thru was 90 sec from order to window. Read more

We waited in the drive thru for an hour. No sense of urgency from two female employees. It appeared that the gentleman making... our food also took our payment. "Jada" is the employee name on our receipt. I guess she took the order. Food was good, but youlost a customer. Read more

Went through the drive thru, lobby closed due to being short staff. Still the wait wasn't too long. Worth it to be able to get a... roast beef sandwich. Not the best made one I have received. The chicken is what we wanted to try, but was out of stock. Most ofthe items people want seem to be. The staff were polite like most visits. They have always been over the years. Also wereceived the correct condiments to go along with our order. The Curly fries were hot and fresh. Those alone are a great reasonto visit. Thanks. Read more
