Bojangles is a restaurant I grew up eating and loving it. However the management at this location is the worse I have ever... experienced in my life. It literally took 45 minutes for an order, no wonder the place is empty inside. Bad management combinedwith poor organizational skills and dirty restrooms. Read more
They used to have one of my favorite salad..then they switched there lettuce to a spring mix..its like eating leaves and weeds... out of the yard ..its awful I will never get another one there again. As long has they got that trash. Read more
Prices are now Astronomical! 8 piece 4 biscuits = $20.20 No value at that price... Better to get a whole baked/roasted chicken... at Walmart or Kroger and dust it with cayenne and paprika powder. Probably healthier in the long term. Read more
Ordered an 8 piece tailgate and was told it would be a 12 minute wait. After 30 minutes I went in to find out what was going on.... I was told well it just took a little bit longer than I said because we had to drop the chicken and cook it. When I asked whywasn't I told that when I put my order in I was told it's coming ma'am as he walked off. No apology or anything. I get my orderand I have cold half done biscuits. ???? Read more
The food is great. The employees are super nice. But I'm done eating there. The last time I ordered a 2 piece white with... dirty rice. Got home and had cold Cajun fries instead of rice. The receipt said rice. Tonight I ordered the same. Dirty ricewas there, but it was sitting next to a leg and thigh. If they can't get my order right, I'll be going somewhere that can. Highly upset . I am a regular at this location and a lot of times my chicken would b a little hard but NOT OLD AND HARD smh.... Like who allowed this to be given to someone? It?s a kids meal.
