They have some incompetent sandwich makers. I order with the mobile app and always request lettuce and tomatoes. As usual they... never add the lettuce and I have to go back to the counter to have lettuce added. From the managers with their stinky attitudes to the food they make mistakes on each time this place is a total loss. Only once... that I have been and they didn't mess up my order I think they had the man from the other burger king c9me and work. He is okand didn't let my food get messed up. However, every single other time with the women managers it has been awful. They haveattitudes about messing up the order. Act like it is a problem for you to say something about their mistakes. I wouldn't evengo if I were you. Choose somewhere the people actually like to be at work. This place is horrible. Read more

Fast service during lunch time! However, ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the item received was very poorly constructed. It had... 2 TINY SLIVERS of bacon, that were very overcooked, on top of an overcooked patty! The burger itself was almost too small to seeunder the cheese. Other items ordered had no issues. I love Burger King in Martinsville it's so much better than the one in Collinsville. Every time I hear my food is always right... the ladies that take my order are always friendly and polite. Much better than the one in Collinsville, where Richard managesand he's just nasty all the way around like I don't know how they hire that dude. Read more
