Driver was great charge me for sauce didn't get it and preorder was late and didn't get napkins nor plates

I'm giving them a three because the food is descent. The problem is that I ordered from the Domino's in martinsville and they... didn't deliver on their 2 minute time limit on my carside to go order. It was more like the 15minute carbide to go after I gavethem 10 extra minutes getting there and still waited 15 minutes longer after I text that I was here. Then they sent me a couponto use because of that for a free pizza or 20% off my next order. I chose the 20% off coupon good until 06/04/22. Tell me why Itried to use it on 05/12/22 & it wouldn't except the code. Saying it was invalid. WHAT!! Why send it if I can't use it!! Read more

This dominoes has gotten terrible it often takes over and hour.Almost 2 hrs. two different occasions lately..Theyve raised... delivery charge to $5 and got much worse at it...Also had to wait an hour and 10 mins for 2 single topping pizzas carryoutthe other day. Read more

Had issues in the past with being delivered to the wrong address and they were unwilling to make it right. I had to go out and... play scavenger hunt to find where they put my pizza. Even though I put the correct address and it was saved from prior orders inthe app, they said I was wrong and there was nothing they could do. Fast forward to finally giving them a chance again, I madesure it said my correct address and screen shot it just in case. I called the store to confirm it was right. They interruptedme, said it was right and before I could even say thank you they hung up. The customer service there is poor! It?s my favoritepizza chain but my cravings do not out weigh bad customer service. This will be the last time I order from them. I?d much rathergive my business to a company that actually shows they want it like local businesses and other chains like Pizza Hut & PappaJohns. Read more

Although there any many dominos pizzas I find this particular place very good. I am comparing to other places like in Northern... VA and North Carolina and Texas. Pizza was very well made within 13 minutes and I enjoyed the pizza very much. Will be back tothis particular location again!! Read more

I order Domino's pretty frequently, and I always order from this location. Food has been hot, delicious and prepared correctly... every time. Delivery is prompt, and they always remember the napkins, plates, sauces, etc. which I really appreciate! When Iorder carry-out, the store has been clean every time, and the staff is friendly.
