Food was very good but my only complaint was the time it took to receive my order. I placed my order in the app to save time.... After driving 10 minutes to the restaurant and arriving at 10:46 when my order was supposed to be ready, I stood there till10:57 before it was handed to me. This is the 1st Jersey Mike's we've been to since before the pandemic. The manager/ owner honored their bogo sandwich deal even... though the app wasn't letting me sign up, and truly tried to help. My family and I were disappointed at the slimmed downsandwiches that they are offering now. It's like going to Subway and you have to add a crapload of veggies to make the sandwichlook full. We understand everyone is cutting back but the meat portions were disappointing to say the least, and not worth thetrip. At least at Subway you can double the meat for a small upcharge. Store seemed clean and it was well staffed as it didn'tlook like they could get anyone else behind the counter, however the tables needed some attention as most were dirty from priorpatrons. Ordered online and order was ready when stated. Just walked in and gave them my name and I got my order. Sandwiches were great... and as ordered. Next time I will request dressing on the side( sandwich was a little soggy). Great experience. Read more

Ridiculous won't do orders over the phone download an app no I won't and I won't buy from you You shouldn't be opening if you... can't take basic orders over the phone I'm sick and tired of every restraunt wants you to download an app. really?
