Horrible location and poorly mama gee unlike their Collinsville location that?s been tan by Tammy since O was a teenager. They... are more worried about meeting a drive thru average wait time than deliberating quality cooked and correctly ordered chicken. Wegot a batch of awful bland crispy chicken when we ordered original. They thought giving us more would make up for it. It?s theghetto location unfortunately and I will never order there again. Absolute worst service EVER!!! The cashier rang up the wrong thing and then blamed us for the issue. Then the manager couldnt... figure out how to properly do her job, so she had to refund the original mistake and re-ring it up the whole order againproperly! Quality of the food has really gone downhill. Ordered a chicken liver dinner and expressly asked it be cooked fresh. Was told... they were cooked to order...well I got the most overcooked, burnt, dried up, old and refried livers that was tough as shoeleather..they are getting ready to see them again.
