My wife and I stopped there today and we ordered a 6 inch roast beef and Subway club, the lady proceeded to give us a 12 inch... and we told them a 6 inch again,she kept on we told her the meal it was 32.00, while she was fixing our subs she was picking outthe cheese that was going bad, the tomatoes didn't look the best. No napkins, I I wanted to pay that much I would have went toa place that serves real subs like Elizabeth's or Jerry's. I ought to demand my money back, the subs were awful. Me and my husband went here for supper one night and roaches were EVERYWHERE! i understand roaches in restaurants but this was... completely outrageous, they were crawling all over the bread, on the windows, and there was a dead one on the bar where the ladywas making our food. Typical Subway. Good food. Friendly staff. Clean. Lots of subs, salads and wraps to choose from... Philly steak, Meatball,... Roasted chicken, etc. Lots of different sauces. Make any sub a salad. Arrived 10 minutes before closing, but both employees welcomed me and told me not to worry about it.. they were there to serve... me.. very well trained employees... I promised to mention one thing to the owner.. they definitely need another source ofmusic. I am a Christian and proud of it but not all customers would approve of Christian music played in a place of business,see I've run 21 retail stores and my area of expertise is to know what my customer is wanting when they enter my establishment. This experience was horrible! The 2 employees working, neither knew what they were doing.. I had to them what went on an Italian... BMT, after I said what kind of bread 3 times because he and the other employee were talking about unrelated work stuff. Twocustomers in front of me walked out because the employees were taken so long. I myself and a lady behind me waited in line for25 minutes. LET ME ADD AFTER THE 2 MEN WALKED OUT THAT WAS IN FRONT OF ME THERE WAS ONLY 1 LADY IN FRONT OF ME HAVING SANDWICHMADE!!!! THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
