For all snowflakes complaining about their burritos, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO REQUEST YOUR BURRITO THAT WAY. You can ask for extra... stuff. This place is better than Chipotles because it has more options and flavor combinations. Also Chipotles is overly saltyand expensive. This place is better than Moes because they have a rewards program and deals. Moes does have a decent salsa barbut i usually get mine to go. I have never had a problem with the customer service because I am polite and I respect the longhours and dedication theses employees put into having a clean restaurant and quality ingredients. I come here all the time andeveryone is respectful and polite. If i want authentic street tacos i order my tacos with cheese cilantro and onion. So theonly negative would be not having soft corn tortillas. However, soft corn tortillas can get messy so I sometimes rather doflower. I think im gonna head up there now for some dinner. Read more
Went in this past Sunday afternoon and was very disappointed. The girls were nice but totally lost, guessing they are new (which... is fine). The "manager" On the other hand was rude, to the girls and to customers. Kept calling my wife He and Him even whilelooking her in the face. He definitely needs more training on how to interact with others. The food was not great, my steaktasted funny and I ended up with a mild case of food poisoning. I did not want to deal with him so just threw it away. Willnever recommend to anyone. Spent way too much for the quality. Read more

The employees I have encountered just were rude. Probably waited 20/30 mins to get to order. Only people in there. They both... worked on a to hold order without even a hello. After the wait no apology etc. one should work on a to go order while the otherone was people who are actually there in line and they neither one should just ignore you forever without a word. This used to be our favorite place to go to every week. Last time we went there for dinner, one of the staff members... (potentially new) was swearing left & right while checking out customer, several people heard him besides us. Very inappropriate& unprofessional behavior, especially when kids around. Extremely disappointed with all of our food portions (3orders/dinners) => significantly smaller than usually! We were left hungry. Very unpleasant crew. Doyle is a great example ofamazing customer service & great experience every single time, sadly he is no longer there. With this being said, Chipotle mightbe the new favorite => family friendly, way more food for the same (or less) amount of money, professional behavior. Read more
Disgusting and a total waste of money. Got a burrito bowl, burrito, queso and churros with an online order and everything was... insanely watery, flavorless and had barely any of the toppings promised. Mostly just a plate of rice and a tortilla filled withrice. When adding things like salsa, you get maybe a teaspoon on top of two cups of rice which is useless and looked like it wasmade several days ago. The meat that we were able to find in our dishes was flavorless too. The large queso is also this weirdgelatinous concoction served in two little plastic dishes that was rock solid by the time I picked it up, and served with maybe8 chips. Good tacos, I'm sure their burritos are just as good. I went at about 6pm and there was no line or people eating inside so I was... about to take my time and craft 3 different tacos with unique toppings. All three were delicious. Read more
Used to go here all the time but not anymore. Complete garbage and the portions are horrible. I got a burrito and it literally... maybe had like 8 small pieces of chicken and was all rice. Then on checkout I was shocked by the price... do yourself a favorand go to Moe's... it's cheaper and they give you a lot for what you pay for. Read more
