We have been here several times and the service is soooo slow. For no clear reason either. It?s never super busy, and simple... orders like a chicken nugget happy meal will take 10+ minutes sometimes. They pull you up and park you and you have no choicebut to just sit and wait for you food for as long as it takes. Incredibly frustrating, and we won?t be choosing this locationnext time. Read more
This unit must have a hiring and retention problem. The wait time was about 10 minutes AFTER paying for meal. Burgers were... barely warm. Slow service but the employees that were there were trying. Read more
Justa typical fast food McDonald's, we got the new 2 cheese burger deal 2 fries and 20 nuggets. We already had a drink so we... were easy peasy. I love hot mustard and my son didn't need any dipping sauce. What a lovely staff and very fast and friendly. Read more
This location has Horrible customer service!!! If I didn?t have young children this would not be my first choice. It stinks that... this is really the only option in this area. The first time we came we waited for our food for like 20 minutes or more!! Today,we came again b/c our children want this and waited at the drive thru window for TWO minutes before someone cam!!! location is convenient, But the quality isn't. Every order that I ever had received, they have always had cold fries. It's like... they don't even try there. Even though I lived directly across the street from it, I would rather go to any other location thanhere. Honestly though, this location represents the quality the owner wishes to represent. All tables were dirty (didn't notice until after we placed our order). They charged 40 cents for a very small dab of big mac... sauce and 60 cents for a small cup of water. The cashier was making ugly faces when the mgr would walk past him. Read more
The night manager is awful. He yells at his older employees, doesn't know how to run a register (since he can't ring in a simple... item properly), and will blame meals that are incorrect ON THE CUSTOMER. The night shift is also horribly understaffed with only2 or 3 people on shift, including the lazy manager. I recommend only eating here for breakfast and to order 20 minutes inadvance. Read more
