Not super impressed. Got a fruit smoothie, and it took nearly 30 minutes for them to blend some fruit in a cup. And it wasn't... terribly busy either. Unfortunately, It seems the quality of service is diminishing at this establishment. Today, I ordered rapid pick up through the... mobile app. After 15 Minutes past the ready time and my food is not at the rapid pick up area (My name was not on the board forpreparing or ready) I go to look for my food. I find it on the counter for Dine in pick up, not where it's supposed to be. Iask the lady behind the counter if that was indeed my order, and if it was ready. she said it was. Unfortunately it was not,None of the three drinks I ordered had been made. She tells me "you get your own drinks, cups are up front." I have never hadto prepare my own take out order before, this defeated the purpose of me ordering ahead. I ordered 2 lemonades and a sweet tea. As I am preparing my own drinks, I notice there is no sweet tea available. I go back to the same employee and ask where thesweet tea is, since that is what I ordered and paid for. She stated "oh we don't sell sweet tea, we have sugar packets you haveto make it yourself." I didn't bother tell her that I have ordered Gallons of both sweet tea and non sweet tea from thisrestaurant before and never had to sweeten the tea myself. If you only make unsweet tea, why have sweet tea on the menu. I canonly assume the lady I was talking to was the manager on duty as her shirt differed from the other employees. But the sheerlaziness to pour drinks or make sweet tea and lack of care for customers is baffling. As someone that has bought $150+ ordersfrom this restaurant for catering work events, this experience has me questioning whether to support this restaurant anymore.Used to love this place, not anymore. This is what the inside of my sandwich looked like for $13.00. Not the first time they have dropped the ball. A rip off.
We went to the drive thru and we got the wrong order. Came back in and the lady working the front was so nice and helpful. They... remade our order and she gave us a chocolate croissant as compensation for mixing up our order. The customer service was great.We will definitely be coming back. Read more
Been here before a few times, pizza was always fine, but the most recent time I went with my friend they put PASTA SAUCE on the... pizzas! Pasta sauce! It was way too thin and made everything wet it was disgusting, . I?m not sure what else was wrong with itbut we both got bad food poisoning. Read more
The food at Panera is usually very good. The service isn?t. At 7:30 AM on Friday morning, there are more employees than... customers but it takes about 5 minutes for one of the 4 employees behind the counter to take our order. Then, the dark roastcoffee was empty and I asked the person behind the counter for more dark roast and that took a while too. If this was the firsttime I had bad service here, I?d let it go, but this is a trend at this store. There are other choices and we will start usingthem. I?m done with this store. Read more
