On our recent trip to st Louis to visit my hometown I tried to show my husband some great st Louis favorites and while several... were a huge disappointment IMO'S was not. Absolutely outstanding across the board. The service was top notch, you have a greatcrew at the South County location across from the mall. The place was clean and comfortable. The food was outstanding. We got alarge pizza and 2 different pasta dishes and garlic cheese bread for 4 adults and had nothing left lol. It was a greatexperience and I thank you very much ???? My pizza has cardboard on the bottom of it because it was melted onto the box and wasn?t even cut into pieces it was just made... and thrown onto the box. Then i ordered 6 hot wings (mean there should be hot sauce/buffalo sauce on them) and the wings wealmost bone dry. The workers are low key rude they don?t speak to people when they come in they just look at you and take theirtime to help you. The fact that I have to go a further distance to try and enjoy my food from the exact same place is wild.Shameful. Read more

Absolutely the WORST experience at a restaurant. Placed a delivery order at 9pm. Was told it would be 40 min. An hour and half... later I polity called to check on the order and was told it was out for delivery and would here soon. 45 min later still nofood! Called store again and am told I don't know what happened to your order. Asked for a manager and he answers and said yes.I started talking and he hung up on me! Called back and was told we don't know what happened to your order. We can cancel it foryou. I said no everyone else is closed now. How long on my order. He says he doesn't know where his delivery driver is so he'snot sure. I ended up having to go pick the order up 3 HOURS later after working all day. So do your self a favor and if you wantimos go to Rock Road which was the one I meant to call to begin with because they take care of there customers! On top of allthat when I walked in to get my pizza all the employee were sitting in the lobby watching TV and laughed at us as we werepulling out like our horrible experience made their day! IMO?s has been a family favorite all my life, but our experience last Saturday was terrible. The service was very slow and when... the food did come, several people in our group were missing items from their order, which took two tries to remedy (and themissing items were easy things like salads, crackers, etc.). The salads were not up to their usual standards when theyarrived?the lettuce was wilted, and the salad had hardly any cheese on it. Also, we were eating it at the restaurant, so you?dthink our pizza would have been hot. Unfortunately it was ice cold and also seemed slightly over cooked. My husband alreadythinks they are overpriced, so it will be difficult to convince him to eat there again. Very disappointing. Read more
Called twice. After my pizza was delivered by a polite delivery driver. We noticed they charged us $25 for a black olive pizza... that was ordered as a Deluxe pizza plus black olives. After being on hold for 30 minutes, we drove our pizza back. Finally wasable to get the manager out to the counter and he agreed to remake our pizza and throw in a bonus. Note this franchise is ownedindependently by MARYLAND HEIGHTS PIZZA INC. IMOs corporate should review this franchise and their practices. ??????????????? Read more
Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! Came from Kentucky for a lacrosse tournament. Heard from a friend that we needed... to stop by. Everything from the pizza, garlic cheese bread, and pasta was amazing. The staff was wonderful. We loved it so muchthat we came back 2 days in a row for the lunch special. A must try! Read more
