I would suggest never ordering delivery from this location. I just moved close to this location and ordered for the first time... a few weeks back. My order never came after waiting over an hour after a couple phone calls it seemed like the driver justdelivered to the wrong place and they said I could come get a replacement order which I did. They didn't offer anything for thethe mess up but I was cool with it. I understand mistakes happen. A few weeks later I decide to give them another shot andplace another order. An hour goes by and the same thing happens but this time they say we will just refund the order and giveyou a couple free subs to make up for the trouble next time you order. I was a little upset but at least they wanted to make itright. Fast forward two days and I decide to go up there and ask for my free subs but when I get there they said the wholestaff was there and no one remembers the past for incidents at all. This location used to be wonderful however, within this past year, its horrible. Not only has the service gone down hill, you... can't even place an order over the phone. Has to be done via internet according to the person that answered the phone, theirsystem has been down for a week...... a week. Who conducts business like this ! Read more
Fella on the headset needs some training - he had all the congeniality of a graveyard-shift prison guard. When someone orders a... sandwich, ask them what they want on their sandwich. Try to up-sell some cheese or added protein or something. And definitelydon't cut the person off and talk over them. Food was made quickly and up to par. If I could give the line 5/5 and headset guy1/5, I would. But instead, I'll split the difference. Read more

We went first time to try Jimmy John's food, the cashier took my order wrong, however we were... in hurry, i ate the veggie sandwich anyhow as the price was same and i wasn't in a mood to argue.
