This is the worst Papa John's I've ever ordered from. They failed to get our order correct, which was a very simple order. And... how do you mess up an online order anyway? Plus, the pizza looked to be cut by a blind kid with a dull knife. I had to call themto replace the pizza. And it just tasted awful. Usually I get pizza from higher end locations and always get what they promise.I'll never order from a corporate chain pizza place again. If I could give negative stars I would. Read more
Absolutely gross! I got the works pizza with stuff crust. Well apparently the bottom crust for the topping is too thin to hold... the weight and bake properly with all those toppings. Pick up every slice and everything slid of the pizza. Very messy! Theyshould of told me that type of pizza does not cook well with stuff crust! Read more
Good pizza and awesome workers. Ordered a pizza at the office and the website sent it to one by my house, the workers quickly... put one in their system and even called the other location to let them know that it was aced there in mistake. Read more
Ordered a pizza with extra sauce and double mushrooms. Told them that I only had a $50. Driver shows up with $4 for change.. Ok... so I ended up paying too much. When I opened the box there was less than what they put on for regular mushroom.. Really poorservice and attention to details.. Called the manager, got lip service but nothing done about it all.. Ordered a pizza at 10:14pm to be delivered to my hotel. Called they said pizza was on the way. Called back at 11:58pm cause... pizza had not arrived. Was told they where short on drivers and a door dasher picked it up. That it has been 25mins since theypicked it up. Never received pizza!!! Read more
I never leave reviews, but I'm incredibly frustrated after ordering several pizzas from this location for a party. I placed my... order hours in advance and scheduled the delivery for a future time. It arrived 45min late. But that's not my real issue. I canexcuse the late delivery due to short staffing or whatever, because everyone is struggling with staffing these days. What Ican't excuse is the fact that I tried to call the store to check on the status of my order, and was on hold for over 20min andnever once spoke to a real person. It's just an automated (and very irritating) hold message over and over. My food came in a timely manner, The pizza was okay not good, not bad, just okay, I ordered extra pizza sauce on my pizza and I... barely had the regular amount of pizza sauce on my pizza, the Papadia isn?t anything to write about. Overall I think I will passon ordering Papa Johns for awhile. Read more
